Anybody who has ever been to Barton Springs Pool probably wouldn’t have recognized it Wednesday thanks to heavy rain from the remnants of Tropical Storm Hermine. Scientists say the flooding from Hermine may change Austin’s landscape for years to come.

APD looking for suspect in Wednesday bank robbery

The Austin Police Department says the suspect entered the American Bank of Commerce on the 8800 block of Spicewood Springs Road Wednesday and demanded cash. The suspect left the scene on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.
